Returns & Exchanges

We do our best to ensure that all customers receive goods of top quality. In the rare situation where you believe that an item may appear faulty or different from the description provided, please contact the team immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue as quick as possible.

An exchange can be organised, however the cost of return postage will be covered by the customer. Items are to be returned in brand new condition with all original packaging within 30 days of purchase. The customer must also include a prepaid postage satchel with the return item(s) which will be used to send out the new item(s).
